Manage Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or manage your BasePrice subscription and billing details.

Accessing Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing to manage your subscription.

Upgrading Your Plan

From Free (No Subscription)

If you're on the Free tier and don't have an active subscription:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Select the plan you want
3. Choose monthly or yearly billing
4. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details
5. After payment, your tier upgrades immediately

From an Existing Plan

If you already have a subscription and want to upgrade:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Upgrade on the desired plan
3. The prorated difference is charged immediately
4. Your new features unlock instantly

Downgrading

To downgrade to a lower tier:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Select the lower plan
3. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
4. No immediate charge — you keep your current tier until renewal

Managing Billing Details

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Billing Portal, where you can:

• Update payment method
• View invoices and receipts
• Change billing interval (monthly ↔ yearly)
• Cancel subscription
• Update billing address

Cancellation

Canceling your subscription:

1. Open the Stripe Billing Portal
2. Click Cancel subscription
3. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
4. After expiry, your account reverts to the Free tier

Your projects, products, and pricing data are not deleted on cancellation. They're preserved and accessible again if you resubscribe.

Billing Intervals

• Monthly — Pay month-to-month with flexibility to cancel anytime
• Yearly — Pay annually for a discount (specific pricing on the billing page)

To switch between monthly and yearly billing, use the Stripe Billing Portal.
