By accessing or using BasePrice (“the Service”), operated by BasePrice (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BasePrice is a localized pricing engine that helps mobile app developers calculate and publish optimal regional prices to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Service includes pricing calculation, one-click publishing, drift detection, and related tools.
Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
BasePrice publishes pricing changes through official Apple and Google APIs. You acknowledge that price updates are subject to each platform’s review process and timing. BasePrice is not responsible for delays or rejections by Apple or Google.
BasePrice provides pricing calculations based on publicly available economic data (exchange rates, PPP, Big Mac Index, GDP). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that calculated prices will maximize your revenue. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all pricing changes before publishing.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by BasePrice and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your project data and pricing configurations remain your property.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will remove all your data per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at hello@baseprice.io.
