1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BasePrice (“the Service”), operated by Olyndo Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England & Wales (Company Number: 16131446), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BasePrice is a localized pricing engine that helps mobile app developers calculate and publish optimal regional prices to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Service includes pricing calculation across 175+ regions using multiple economic strategies (exchange rate conversion, World Bank PPP, Big Mac Index, GDP-adjusted, and custom blends), psychological price rounding, one-click cross-platform publishing, drift detection, price rollbacks, pricing templates, product import, revenue intelligence via RevenueCat, and related tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide valid App Store Connect API keys and/or Google Play service account credentials to use publishing features. These credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager and used solely to execute pricing actions you initiate.
• If you connect a RevenueCat account for revenue analytics, you are responsible for the accuracy and security of the API key you provide.

4. Pricing & Payments

Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. API Usage & Store Compliance

BasePrice publishes pricing changes through the official Apple App Store Connect API and Google Play Developer API. You acknowledge that price updates are subject to each platform’s review process and timing. BasePrice is not responsible for delays or rejections by Apple or Google. Revenue analytics provided via RevenueCat integration are informational and depend on the accuracy of the data made available by RevenueCat.

6. Limitation of Liability

BasePrice provides pricing calculations based on publicly available economic data: live exchange rates (from open.er-api.com and the ECB via frankfurter.app), purchasing power parity data (from the World Bank Indicators API), and Big Mac Index data (from The Economist, CC BY 4.0). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that calculated prices will maximize your revenue. Economic data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to revision by its source. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all pricing changes before publishing.

7. Subscription Tiers & Limits

Feature availability, project limits, and product limits depend on your subscription tier as described on our pricing page. If you downgrade, excess projects may become read-only. We reserve the right to modify tier features with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Olyndo Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your project data and pricing configurations remain your property.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will remove all your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
